A. Queries Related to Order
  1. What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.

  1. How much time does delivery take?

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days. If delivery time has exceeded forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

  1. Do you have any shipping charges on orders?

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

  1. How do I cancel my order?

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

 Go to My orders > Track Order > Click on Cancel Order

  1. Can I change the items in my order?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.

Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", and then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

To make changes to your order, please reach out to support through the customer care.

  1. Can I change my shipping/billing address?

For change of shipping/delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

  1. What are the payment options available?
  • COD-Cash/Card on delivery

 You can choose these payment methods at checkout.

  1. How many days does it take to receive a refund?

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit or original source of payment as per your choice. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

The reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return. If your refund exceeds this window, you can reach out to support through the customer care.

  1. Do you have cash on delivery?

Yes, we do offer cash on delivery option.

C. Queries Related to Return

 

  1. How do I exchange or return my order/product?

Go to My orders > Track Order > Click on Return/Exchange Option

For an exchange, you would be given options with which you would like your item to be exchanged.

  1. Can I return my order after seven days?

Yes. Mintobay will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 15 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resell able condition. The item must have been sold on our online store.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit or original source of payment as per your choice. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

  1. Are there any discounts on 1st purchase?  

Yes. After checkout, you will be given an option to add Coupon Code. Click on Apply and the discount will be applied to your cart if Coupon Code is valid.

  1. What if I'm not home?

If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the location and delivery method you choose.

You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.

  1. Do you have physical stores?

We currently don't have any physical stores under our brand name.
